If you purchased through Paddle (purchases outside Switzerland), you can also contact Paddle directly via the receipt in your confirmation e-mail. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for these purchases and refunds to your original payment method.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
